Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability and energy efficiency.
- Define the technical strategy for integrating emerging technologies (e.g., multimodal AI, autonomous agents) into our core product suite.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic requirements into concrete technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and experience building Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
