Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Demonstrated success in leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in cloud architecture or systems design is highly preferred.
