- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for next-gen technologies including AI ethics, quantum applications, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions with potential $10M+ market impact
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for implementing emerging technologies across enterprise operations
- Present visionary strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive internal culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with measurable market disruption
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
