Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong portfolio with 3+ patented technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Global collaboration mindset with remote leadership experience
