You will define the strategic vision for our 2026 innovations, identifying emerging trends and assessing their feasibility to drive the company's long-term growth. Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the long-term technological vision for 2026 and beyond, aligning it with broader business goals.
- Roadmap Development: Lead the creation of detailed technical roadmaps that prioritize high-impact, futuristic projects.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Prototyping & R&D: Oversee experimental projects and prototype development to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovative initiatives.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with emerging tech startups and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in technology strategy, product management, R&D, or a related technical leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining strategic roadmaps for major product releases or organizational transformations.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes projects from concept to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to executive audiences.
