Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for next-gen AI systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment in regulated industries
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from DARPA, NSF, and private foundations
- Present breakthrough findings at CES, Web Summit, and World Economic Forum
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging tech commercialization strategies
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing hardware providers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or AI alignment
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and error correction
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants for advanced research projects
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of at least two emerging technologies
