Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or biometric AI
- Published researcher with 10+ citations in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
