Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture/government funding
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks and sustainability
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
