Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering (2020-2025)
- 5+ years in quantum/AI R&D with peer-reviewed publications
- Experience securing $1M+ in research funding
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Q#)
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and EU Horizon Europe
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish (global teams)
