Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching AI or quantum computing products
- Deep expertise in emerging tech frameworks (TensorFlow, Qiskit, Unreal Engine)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities (Spanish/Mandarin a plus)
