Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design robust, scalable software architectures that meet the high-performance standards expected in 2026.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the deployment and optimization of Generative AI models and Machine Learning pipelines within our core product suite.
- Cloud-Native Leadership: Oversee the migration and management of microservices on AWS and Azure, ensuring 99.99% uptime and global scalability.
- Innovate on Web3 & AR: Explore and integrate emerging technologies like Augmented Reality (AR) and decentralized protocols into our ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high engineering standards by conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong certification in AWS Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
