The Role:
You will design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures that bridge the gap between classical software engineering and emerging quantum technologies. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), neural architectures, and quantum circuit design.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Spearhead the architectural vision for integrating GenAI models with quantum processors to solve complex computational problems.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives focusing on post-2026 technological trends, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- System Optimization: Optimize large-scale AI training pipelines and deployment strategies for latency-sensitive applications.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, distributed systems at scale.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and develop innovative solutions for the future.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
