Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural vision for our upcoming AI product lines, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-performance distributed systems capable of handling billions of inference requests efficiently.
- Lead Research & Development: Collaborate with top-tier researchers to implement cutting-edge machine learning models and optimize inference engines.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement rigorous guidelines to ensure our AI systems are transparent, unbiased, and secure.
- Mentorship: Build and lead a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating business goals into technical roadmaps and delivering products that scale.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
