Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI frameworks integrated with quantum computing modules.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to explore the frontiers of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and quantum entanglement in data storage.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex scientific concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps for the engineering team.
- Ethical Framework Implementation: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines for autonomous AI systems and quantum data usage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and security experts to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI or high-performance computing teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and quantum computing principles (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
