Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, high-performance system architectures capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies in a sandbox environment before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Establish Technical Standards: Set coding, security, and AI governance standards to ensure innovation is safe and compliant.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Microservices architecture.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and apply emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing basics, Blockchain integration) to business problems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
