Responsibilities

- Code Review & Mentorship: Foster a culture of engineering excellence by mentoring junior developers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency and throughput to handle massive datasets in real-time.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, or similar systems programming languages.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Quantum Awareness: Understanding of quantum computing principles and hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
