Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 Tech Stack roadmap, focusing on next-gen AI integration and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead high-level design sessions to translate abstract business requirements into concrete technical blueprints.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Autonomous Systems) to drive innovation within the organization.
- Oversee the migration of current systems to secure, scalable cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and product strategists to align technical vision with long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Distributed Systems, Microservices, and Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or prototyping is a significant plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
