Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying critical emerging tech trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams in proof-of-concept (PoC) development for cutting-edge solutions.
- Assess the viability of disruptive technologies and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Establish frameworks for scalable, secure, and future-proof software ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, engineering management, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading innovation in high-growth technology environments.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technology shifts up to 5 years in advance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
