Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and quantum-resistant cryptography
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Proven track record leading successful tech transformation projects
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Experience with digital twin simulation platforms (Unity/Unreal Engine)
- Strong background in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
