Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the technology roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies to integrate by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and futuristic software architectures that can handle the demands of next-gen applications.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Oversee the integration of autonomous systems and advanced AI models into core business processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- R&D Leadership: Manage a team of researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and experimentation.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select strategic partners and technology providers aligned with the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast technological trends and align them with long-term business goals.
