Responsibilities

- Emerging Technology R&D: Lead research initiatives into cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Advanced Cloud Architectures.
- System Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance system architectures capable of supporting exponential growth.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and data scientists, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and board members.
- Process Optimization: Identify legacy bottlenecks and implement futuristic methodologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the integration of next-generation security protocols to protect our data assets in a decentralized future.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or product strategy.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies ahead of the mainstream market.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale, multi-year projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional are highly valued.
