Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic technical roadmap, identifying emerging trends (AI, Quantum-ready protocols, Edge Computing) and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-availability cloud architectures that can handle projected growth and complex data loads.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge technologies to future-proof our product offerings.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical realities.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Core Technologies: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in distributed systems and microservices.
- Cloud Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure architecture and deployment strategies.
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated interest or experience in AI integration, Web3, or next-gen computing paradigms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring teams and driving technical decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
