Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the company’s 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI scalability and quantum integration.
- Architect high-performance, distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of neural network data in real-time.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable, scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee system security, ensuring robust protection against emerging cyber-threats in the decentralized web.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AGI alignment and next-gen semiconductor integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Computing.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading high-impact technical teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with hands-on experience in deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on tight deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical jargon for diverse stakeholders.
