Responsibilities
- Design and implement the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) for potential integration.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate business needs into long-term technical strategies.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud architectures.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of futuristic tech initiatives.
- Manage relationships with top-tier tech vendors and innovation labs.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation, resilience, and digital agility across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, IT strategy, or digital transformation.
- Proven experience in forecasting tech trends and successfully implementing future-forward solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure) and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under uncertainty.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Experience managing large-scale projects and leading diverse engineering teams.
