Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production quantum computing systems
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in federated learning and neuromorphic computing
- Track record of securing $10M+ in research funding
- Patents in AI ethics or sustainable tech (minimum 3)
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
