Responsibilities
- Architect scalable and secure software systems designed for 2026 standards and beyond.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Autonomous Agents into core product workflows.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for next-gen quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team of 10+ senior developers.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Optimize legacy infrastructure to ensure seamless interoperability with emerging blockchain and Web3 protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through rapid scaling and product launches.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
