Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on quantum supremacy and neural interfaces.
- Lead high-level design sessions for scalable, distributed systems capable of processing exabyte-scale data.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., SpaceTech, GenAI, IoT) to determine feasibility for production use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity and data privacy in a post-quantum world.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or CTO-level role.
- Deep expertise in high-level languages such as Python, Rust, and Go, with a demonstrated interest in quantum programming languages (Q#).
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Experience with large-scale AI model training and deployment pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading innovation teams and managing R&D projects with a long-term horizon.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
