Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026-era computing challenges including quantum-integrated systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop prototype technologies with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends in AI ethics, biotech, and climate tech
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise clients
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Secure patents for proprietary technologies with 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced R&D or systems architecture with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or generative AI
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year implementation cycles
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
