Your Mission:
Translate complex business requirements into robust technical strategies. You will lead a team of engineers and data scientists to build the platforms that will power our ecosystem in 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices and cloud-native applications using modern frameworks.
- R&D Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) and prototype viable solutions for internal and external use.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision and strategic milestones for the 2026 product cycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce high standards for coding, testing, and documentation across the engineering organization.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future Tech: Strong interest and understanding of AI/ML integration, Generative AI, or Web3 technologies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse engineering teams and drive projects from concept to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex architectural challenges.
