- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric security protocols
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations (brain-computer interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Establish governance models for quantum computing and hyper-automation ecosystems
- Partner with policymakers on tech standards for 2030 digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
- Proven track record in scaling AI systems beyond 10M concurrent users
- Published research in IEEE ACM journals on next-gen computing paradigms
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) required
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
