Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the end-to-end definition of the 2026 technology strategy, identifying key emerging trends such as Quantum Readiness and Neuromorphic Computing.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a team of researchers and engineers testing prototypes for next-generation hardware and software architectures.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct deep-dive technical assessments to determine the viability of future tech solutions for our product ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex futuristic concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for executive leadership and investors.
- Implementation Oversight: Guide the transition of theoretical concepts into pilot programs, ensuring scalability and security.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture or Strategic Planning, with a proven track record of forecasting and shaping industry shifts.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and the fundamental principles of Quantum Computing.
- Adaptability: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly evolving, high-tech environment.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, long-term projects.
