Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the architectural planning for the company's roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies that will define success in 2026.
- Design Future-Ready Infrastructure: Architect scalable, resilient systems that integrate seamlessly with AI-driven workflows and quantum-ready hardware.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate and pilot new technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) to determine their viability for enterprise adoption.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks that anticipate future cyber threats and regulatory changes in the 2026 landscape.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years focusing on emerging technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and AI integration patterns.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies to drive business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent architecture certification is a plus.
