Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-2030 corporate strategy by synthesizing global tech trends, market shifts, and socio-political vectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and finance teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum adoption, AI governance, and climate resilience initiatives
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board, translating complex futures into executable milestones
- Build and mentor a 15-person Future Strategy team with expertise in emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and market disruption tracking
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate disruptive startups into core strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record executing multi-year roadmaps in tech, biotech, or sustainability sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech ecosystems
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future trends
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Foresight Platform)
