- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Develop future-proof business models aligned with ESG principles and regulatory foresight
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven scenario planning
- Monitor geopolitical and technological shifts affecting our 5-year horizon
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in future forecasting or innovation roles
- Proven track record in tech-driven transformation at Fortune 500 level
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year+ strategic implementations
