Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-generation solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop bespoke foresight frameworks that identify emerging threats and opportunities across 15+ industries
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and industry roundtables
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced methodologies like horizon scanning and weak signal analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) with published thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
- Exceptional proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational change
- Fluency in futures-specific frameworks: STEEP analysis, Delphi method, and cross-impact matrices
