Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap spanning AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive stakeholders
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies like scenario planning and technology forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or biotechnology
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CSF) or innovation management preferred
