Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Two-Axis Methodology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization mastery
