Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with $500M+ market impact potential
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable innovation ecosystems
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of launching products/services generating $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
