Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI systems tailored for the Web3 ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with decentralized protocols.
- Lead the architectural vision for the '2026 Protocol,' focusing on interoperability between large language models (LLMs) and blockchain networks.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) with a strict emphasis on security, scalability, and gas optimization.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies such as Zero-Knowledge Proofs, Layer 2 scaling, and next-gen AI inference engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, data scientists, and frontend engineersâto translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards that promote innovation and maintainability in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain technologies.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in deploying and fine-tuning large-scale AI models.
- Proven track record of working with Web3 frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot) and writing secure smart contracts.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for high-availability systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure continuous deployment of AI-driven features.
