Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure ethical AI deployment and compliance.
- Identify market trends and competitive advantages to drive innovation in our product suite.

- Oversee the technical feasibility of experimental AI concepts before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies (5+ year outlook).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI architectures and prompt engineering methodologies.
- Experience managing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
