Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, preferably in a high-scale production environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Horovod).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
