Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the 2026 AI strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals.
- Design scalable neural network architectures that push the boundaries of machine learning capabilities.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from research and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into consumer and enterprise products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model transparency, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in AI engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision, with a portfolio of published research or deployed products.
- Experience designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
