Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap for our AI and Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems using modern cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Lead the design and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI workflows.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI standards across all projects.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge advancements into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI architecture or Machine Learning systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
