We are looking for a visionary Future-Ready AI Architect to define the technological roadmap for 2026. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and practical enterprise applications. You will work closely with C-level executives to strategize our technological evolution, ensuring we are ahead of the curve by the time 2026 arrives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision and architecture for AI initiatives aimed at the 2026 technological horizon, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling next-generation AI workloads and massive data throughput.
- Model Integration: Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms into existing products, optimizing for performance and latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure AI deployment remains transparent, unbiased, and compliant with global regulations.
- Proof of Concepts: Prototype cutting-edge AI solutions (e.g., autonomous agents, predictive analytics) to validate technical feasibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of envisioning and executing long-term technical roadmaps (3-5 year outlook).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive technical innovation in a fast-paced environment.
