Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Vision: Spearhead the architectural strategy to integrate emerging technologies, ensuring our systems are future-proof and scalable for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development of cutting-edge AI models, focusing on efficiency, explainability, and quantum compatibility.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, cloud-native architectures that support high-velocity deployment of AI workloads.
- Talent & Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical roadmaps into business value.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data in advanced AI environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Forward-Thinking: Demonstrated experience with Quantum Computing concepts or deep expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
