Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced AI models with a focus on scalability and future-proofing (2026 vision).
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core business workflows.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends to define the technical roadmap for the next 2-3 years.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate future tech concepts into actionable engineering solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices for ethical AI and model governance.
- Optimize existing neural networks for inference speed and reduced latency in production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping high-performance AI products to production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
