The Role

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems using cutting-edge emerging technologies.
- Lead a diverse team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver breakthrough solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate Quantum Computing and Advanced AI protocols into existing infrastructures.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity and data sovereignty in a global environment.
- Drive innovation through R&D partnerships and internal hackathons focused on future tech.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems engineering.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning architectures, and Cloud Native technologies.
- Experience with Quantum Algorithms or readiness to learn them is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
