Responsibilities

- Define and implement ethical AI governance frameworks to ensure responsible autonomous system deployment.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic market trends into concrete technical deliverables.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience in leading high-performance technical teams and driving innovation.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance standards.
