Responsibilities
- AI-First Strategy Development: Design and implement SEO strategies specifically optimized for Large Language Models (e.g., Google SGE) and AI-driven search agents.
- Zero-Click Optimization: Audit and optimize digital properties to maximize visibility in featured snippets, People Also Ask, and knowledge panels to capture traffic before users click away.
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize advanced data modeling to forecast search trend shifts and algorithm updates 6-12 months in advance.
- Technical Architecture: Oversee site architecture and schema markup to ensure machine-readable data structures that enhance AI comprehension of content.
- Content Intelligence: Collaborate with content teams to develop semantic content clusters that align with evolving user intent patterns.
- Voice Search & Visual Search: Lead initiatives to optimize for voice queries and visual recognition engines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years focusing on technical SEO and AI integration.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON-LD schema markup.
- Data Fluency: Advanced ability to analyze complex datasets using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Python for data extraction.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to pivot strategies rapidly in response to algorithmic changes and emerging technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are preferred.
