Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Reduce inference latency and energy consumption for edge devices and massive data centers alike.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric applications.
- Future-Proofing: Proactively identify emerging trends in AI ethics and compute hardware to ensure our stack remains relevant for the next decade.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Innovation: A track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping high-impact open-source projects.
